Here is a step-by-step guide for how to use this forum.


Signing Up:
Click "Apply for membership."
Put in your requested username and password.
Check your e-mail. The approval is usually within the hour
Once you receive your approval e-mail you can then log in anytime you want.



Having an Avatar/Change your name/Change you e-mail address:
Sign in then click "Account" on the top menu.
Click "Personal Information" on the right hand menu.
Here you can change many settings.
Follow the instructions on how to do things like have an avatar or add a list of your favorite things.   



Start a discussion:
Log in.
Click "Start a Discussion" on the top right of the screen.
Select the Catagory that your new discussion will fall under and type your message. 



Adding links and pictures to a message:
Log in.
Either start a new discussion or find the discussion you want to add to.
Type your message in the box on the bottom of the page.
Click BBCode option.
Select one of these options:

Image: [img]http://yourimageishostedhere.jpg[/img]
Bold is: [b]word you want bold[/b]
Italiac:  [i]here is teh text[/i]
Quote:  [quote]this text[/quote]
Links:   [url=http://Link.com]Go to this link[/url] Then click "Add your comments".   



Hosting Pictures:
There are several onlline places that allow you to have a free image host.
We use Photobucket.com
Once you have an account, or your own host off your website, simply copy the link to an image and paste it on here in your account settings or messages.


Photo Rules:
Naturally we ask that you keep your pics PG13 in your profile. We are not currently offering photo uploads to our server but we will in the near future. In the mean time please link to your images by going to your Account tab, clicking Personal Information and linking to your images. The avatar will be centered over the image if you do not resize it to 32x32pixels. If you need a place to upload your pics for free we reccomend Photobucket.com. Use the Direct Link code in yor profile. If you need help please e-mail us!! :)
